Believe it or not, Australian pet Treat Company is now 10 years old. As we approach our “tween” years, we have seen a lot of changes in the pet industry (especially online) and we feel that now is the perfect time for a makeover ….
Our aim for this new website is to make it more streamlined, more engaging, more interactive and offer our customers more options.
The first thing you’ve probably noticed is that the homepage images are larger and cleaner and that the menu options have been re designed to make searching for your favourite products even easier. Now, you can easily navigate to your favourite sections and search by not only the product type but by functionality as well. We have also introduced a brand new Rewards program to give more back to you.
Furthermore, product listings have now been made clearer and provide not only the individual product benefits but the country of origin, ingredients and full nutritional information. Each product listing also has a tab where you can easily read reviews from other customers on the products you are looking to purchase and easily review them yourself with the click of a button.
Another new feature currently under construction is Product subscriptions. With this, you will be able to place standing orders for your favourite products and items that you need to purchase on a regular, re-occurring basis.
