How long will my delivery take? Australian Pet Treat Company guarantees prompt delivery of all products. Most orders are dispatched within the first working day of the order being placed. If for some reason we are unable to dispatch your order within two working days APTC will contact you.
PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers & Islands - All our goods are shipped via our trusted courier partners, and we do not ship with Australia Post. Due to this we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Islands.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery? We understand that it is not always possible for you to be home to accept a delivery, which is why our couriers will deliver your package without requiring a signature. We make tens of thousands of deliveries every year and our 'leave at the door policy' has been widely embraced by our customers for its convenience. If you prefer not to have your item left and would like your goods to require a signature on delivery then please leave notes in the comments section when placing your order.
Tracking your order - Orders dispatched via Courier will receive a consignment number which enables you to track your delivery on the relevant courier companies website (you will be advised which company has been used in your shipping email, either Couriers Please or Toll. Please be sure to leave any specific delivery instructions when you place your order in the comments section at the checkout.

- Free shipping applies to Metro Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide. To redeem free shipping you must spend $220 or more on your order or use a coupon code if applicable. You will see a free shipping option in the final checkout stage. Please be sure to tick this box as your preferred shipping method. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate method of shipping for your order.
- Free shipping applies up to 40 kg (unless otherwise advised). Please note that free shipping prices will not apply to locations outside our listed metro cities.
If we offer Free Shipping on a specific product as part of a promotion, it will also apply to the above metro locations only. Freight costs for any other items ordered will apply but freight will not be charged/calculated on the particular item on special.
For areas outside our cities above, cost is dependent on your location and the size of your order. Please be aware that shipping is calculated according to zones defined by our courier companies, which may result in some areas considered as metro areas by other postal services being regarded as regional for shipping purposes by Australian Pet Treat Company.
As you add items to your cart, the shipping costs will change to reflect the weight of the items being added. Your final shipping cost will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment. If you place an order that does not qualify for free shipping we will contact you to discuss.
Fixed Shipping Prices – Australian Orders Only
Some products may be offered with a “fixed rate” of shipping, for example Australian Holistic Lamb and Rice 20kg. Please note that these fixed shipping rates apply to Metro Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide.
Shipping outside Australia
All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse. We charge a flat rate of shipping of $8.95 AUD for all orders sent outside Australia up to 500g. Please note that only some pet medication can be sent internationally (flea and tick products) and kangaroo skins, we are unable to send pet treat products due to customs regulations. Please allow between 8-14 day working days to your parcel to arrive by air mail from Australia Post (It could take up to 28 days in rare circumstances). We are only able to send some flea and tick medication outside Australia. If you do purchase an item we are unable to ship we will contact you to advise. If you are unsure, please don't hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order using the contact us button.
Do you ship to Japan? Unfortunately due to Japanese Customs Authorities, we are currently unable to ship to Japan.
