All orders are dispatched via Australia Posts E parcel service or via Courier

Australia Post Weight restrictions:

Please be advised, that we are restricted in some instances by weight restrictions when sending via Australia Post. If you are purchasing multiple items of any product ,large quantity purchases, or purchases that exceed a weight limit of 20 kg, you will generally need to choose the courier option when you get to the checkout.

Fresh/Frozen Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to send any Fresh, Frozen or Perishable products via Australia Post. You will therefore notice, that we have mentioned this in our Fresh/Frozen product section and you are asked to choose the Refrigerated Courier option at the checkout stage.

The Refrigerated courier option is restricted to Brisbane Metro - Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast Services in Queensland only.

If you are unsure if you fall into those delivery areas, please send us a quick email first to confirm.

Orders dispatched via Australia Post E parcel service are very efficient. Once orders are dispatched you will receive an email providing you with a consignment number, which enables you to Track and Trace your parcel via the Australia Post website, from the time it is dispatched until it is delivered.

**Orders dispatched via Courier you will also receive a consignment number which enables you track your delivery on the Toll website. If another courier is used for any reason - the Tracking number will be provided to you via email when your order is dispatched.

** Please note if you choose the Courier option as your shipment method, be sure to list clear delivery instructions ( in the comments section at the Checkout ) when placing your order as all parcels shall be labelled with an authority to leave - even if the premises is UNATTENDED.
